Are the silk sarees sold online 100% authentic?

Yes, every Nalli silk saree is guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Our Kanchipuram and Banarasi sarees come with the Silk Mark certification to ensure the purity of the silk and the quality of the zari used.

Do you offer international shipping?

We ship our products worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary based on the destination country and the weight of the package. All international orders are processed through reliable logistics partners like DHL or FedEx.

Can I get the blouse stitched or borders finished before shipping?

Yes, we provide customization services including blouse stitching, fall/edging (pico) work, and tassel additions. Please select the 'Tailoring' option on the product page before adding the item to your cart.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns for domestic orders within 7 days of delivery, provided the saree is unused and the tags are intact. Please note that customized products, such as those with stitched blouses or fall/edging, are not eligible for return.

How should I care for my silk saree?

To maintain the longevity of your silk, we recommend dry cleaning only. Store your sarees in a cool, dry place wrapped in a muslin cloth, and avoid hanging them on metal hangers to prevent fabric stress.
