At Nalli Silk Sarees, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every weave; however, if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that the saree remains unworn, unwashed, and retains all original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Log into your Nalli account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request.

Quality Inspection

Pack the saree securely in its original box with all accompanying silk marks and tags; our team will arrange a pickup and conduct a thorough quality check upon arrival.

Approval Process

Once the returned item passes our quality inspection to ensure it is in its original condition, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your return.

Refund Issuance

Following approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
